1. The seller

2. The goods

The product range includes items, accessories, and design accents for the home, domestic textiles, decorative utensils, and indoor organization solutions. Product descriptions state material specifications, dimensions, and the run size of each variant. Photographs serve an illustrative purpose; the outer packaging may show slight variations typical of handcrafted items.

3. Ordering and contract

Submitting an order is finalized upon completing the checkout review form. A confirmation notice is sent by email; the contractual agreement is binding only once goods are handed over to the courier. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event of stock unavailability or incorrect contact information, issuing a full refund for any amounts paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in EUR and include value-added tax where applicable. Shipping costs are detailed on the summary page before final payment. Accepted payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious clerical error occurs in calculating the price and is found before dispatch, we will correct the figure and request your confirmation at the accurate price, or offer a cancellation.

5. Delivery

Details regarding shipping methods, timeframes, and rates can be found in the Shipping and Payments section. The transfer of risk to the buyer occurs upon physical receipt of the item.

6. Product images and colours

Visual media faithfully represents the items made in our workshop. Because monitor color reproduction depends on individual calibration and ambient lighting, minor discrepancies in tone do not constitute a lack of conformity, nor do they justify returns at our expense or compensation. Measurements, fabric composition, and specifications appear on the product sheet.

7. Transfer of risk

We safeguard package integrity under our direct responsibility until delivery to the agreed address, into the hands of the recipient or their authorized representative. From that moment, risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. Any visible external damage attributable to transport requires immediate written reservation to the carrier and notice to our address within 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the item within 30 days of delivery, as set out in the Returns section. All marketed household products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The warranty covers manufacturing defects existing prior to delivery, granting the right to free restoration of conformity via repair, replacement, or proportionate refund.

• Custom-made items or goods clearly personalized upon specific customer request.
• Perishable goods or items subject to rapid expiration for the upkeep and maintenance of home spaces.
• Home textiles and bedding items opened after delivery that were originally sealed for hygienic and sanitary reasons.
• Goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
• Sealed digital content or audiovisual media opened by the consumer after receipt.

9. Liability

The liability of Comodeso Manifatture S.r.l. for any dispute arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the purchase of the contested goods, subject to the mandatory limits established by Italian law. Nothing in these provisions is intended to limit or derogate from liabilities mandatorily imposed by law.

10. Age and use

Placing an order requires being at least 18 years of age. Use of the products must strictly comply with the label instructions, it being understood that these items do not substitute in any way for medical advice.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. For any dispute involving consumers residing in Italy, the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's local court applies. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably through direct communication, the competent court is located at the seller's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections provided in their country of residence.
