What customers say

The consistency of the elastic core provides firm yet pleasant support that does not collapse with room heat. The parcel arrived well protected and I paid the exact amount in cash directly to the courier.

I bought this pillow for my husband, and the exterior linen weave feels pleasantly cool to the touch. The ergonomic contour took two or three nights to get used to for a side sleeper, but the craftsmanship is impeccable.

After six months of continuous use, the pillow height has not lost thickness in the center. I placed another order for the guest room and paid via bank transfer, confirming once again the prompt support from the Florence team.
